I’m going to keep this short and sweet. The sign up for reviewers and the blog tour for Decree (by me) and Bitter Winter and Lacy (by Jaye L. Knight) is now open! You only have until November 23 to sign up for the blog tour, so don’t wait!
A few other reminders first:
- All of the books are available for Kindle Preorder! You can preorder here: Decree, Bitter Winter, Lacy.
- Also, as part of the blog tour, Jaye L. Knight and I are going to be holding character Q&A chats with the combined cast of Ilyon and Acktar on our blogs. If you have a question you’d like to submit for that, you can go here to do so.
- Finally, all of The Blades of Acktar books are going to be on sale on Kindle for Black Friday and I’ll be running a sale on the paperback books on my website, so please make sure you stop back here on Black Friday or Cyber Monday if you’re interested in those deals.

Hello, Tricia! I also asked this question on Jaye’s blog but I figured I might as well ask here also in case one of you replies sooner than the other. I’m so excited for the release of all these books! Following us signing up, how long until we will receive the books to start reading? As I mentioned on Jaye’s blog, it takes me awhile to read and review/post about three books. Thanks!

We’ll probably send the books out sometime around November 24, but there’s a chance we could send them out earlier, especially to reviewers, while the blog tour sign up sheet is still open. We understand that three long books is a lot of go through, so we definitely want to get them into your hands as quickly as possible!

Hi, Bethany, in case you were still wondering, Jaye and I decided to begin sending out ARCs in batches as people sign up, so everyone should receive their ARC copies within a couple of days of signing up for the tour or to review.

In my tentative blog schedule I’ve been working on, I have you scheduled for Saturday, December 15. Does this still work for you?

It . . . might. I’m not sure if I can finish reading all three books and write reviews by then what with all the Christmas and senior year craziness going on. If it wouldn’t be much trouble, I’d probably rather be scheduled toward the end of the tour (the 21st or 22nd would be ideal) but if you need me on the 15th I can try to make that work out. 🙂
